1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 7u7i website and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of the 7u7i platform, including visitors, registered members, and anyone who places a wager or participates in any game or promotional activity offered by 7u7i.

7u7i reserves the right to update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

2.Eligibility

To open and maintain an account with 7u7i you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• Minimum age: You must be at least 21 years old. 7u7i strictly prohibits use of the platform by anyone under 21.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• One account only: You may hold only one registered 7u7i account. Creating duplicate accounts is prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information: All personal details provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. 7u7i may request identity verification at any time.
• Personal use only: Your account is for your own personal use. You must not allow any third party to access or use your account. You are solely responsible for all activity on your account.

3.Account Registration

To access the full range of 7u7i products you must create a registered account. Registration is free. You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and create a secure password. All information must be accurate at registration and kept up to date.

• You must provide a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. This number is your account identifier and is used for account recovery.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 7u7i will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• 7u7i may require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated period may result in account suspension.
• 7u7i reserves the right to decline any registration application or close any account at its sole discretion, particularly where fraud, misuse, or a breach of these terms is suspected.

All accounts are subject to ongoing monitoring for compliance with these Terms & Conditions, applicable laws, and anti-money laundering obligations. 7u7i cooperates fully with any lawful authority request regarding account activity.

4.Deposits and Withdrawals

7u7i accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh:

• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank direct transfer.
• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. Maximum limits may apply and are shown at the time of each transaction.
• Withdrawal timing: Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 1 hour. Bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in the same name as the 7u7i account holder. Documentary evidence of ownership may be required before processing.
• Platform fees: 7u7i charges no platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

7u7i reserves the right to suspend or reverse any transaction suspected of being fraudulent or associated with prohibited activity including money laundering. Funds in question may be held pending investigation.

5.Bonuses and Promotions

7u7i offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All offers are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements and time limits. The following general rules apply across all promotions:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the wagering requirements specified in the promotion terms have been fully met.
• 7u7i reserves the right to withdraw or alter any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already credited where wagering has commenced.
• Only one bonus may be active on a 7u7i account at any time unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, system errors, or in breach of these terms will be void. Associated winnings will not be paid and the relevant account may be suspended.

7u7i recommends that all players read the full promotional terms attached to any bonus before opting in. Where promotional terms conflict with these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

6.Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on 7u7i are operated by certified third-party providers and use independently verified RNG systems. The RTP for each game is set by the provider and disclosed in the game information. By participating in any game on 7u7i you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Game outcomes are determined solely by certified RNG systems or, for live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game in progress. 7u7i does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game round, the game provider's rules for handling incomplete rounds apply. 7u7i is not responsible for losses incurred due to network issues on the player's side.
• All bets are final once confirmed. No cancellation is permitted after a bet has been accepted by the system. For sports betting, rules governing abandoned matches and void bets follow the applicable sports market rules.

7.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 7u7i. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one 7u7i account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to mask your geographic location or bypass access restrictions on the 7u7i platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or using 7u7i for any financial transaction not directly related to gaming.
• Colluding with other players, exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities, using automated tools (bots), or engaging in any form of cheating that distorts game outcomes or creates an unfair advantage.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with 7u7i support staff.

7u7i actively monitors account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 7u7i may freeze account funds pending investigation and may permanently close the account without returning any balance if the investigation confirms a breach.

8.Account Suspension and Termination

7u7i reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is a reasonable belief that the account holder has breached these Terms & Conditions, provided false information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where suspension is required to comply with a lawful authority request. Upon termination, any remaining balance will be reviewed and, where no breach is confirmed, returned to the account holder via their registered payment method.

You may close your 7u7i account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to normal rules and any resulting balance returned via your registered payment method.

9.Responsible Gaming

7u7i is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All players are encouraged to set personal limits and treat gaming as entertainment rather than a source of income. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you deposit into your 7u7i wallet.
• Loss limits: Set a cap on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session reminders: Receive alerts after you have been playing for a specified length of time.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently block your account from accessing gaming products. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

10.Intellectual Property

All content on the 7u7i platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of 7u7i or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content on 7u7i without the express prior written consent of 7u7i. Game content and assets remain the intellectual property of the respective game providers and are used on 7u7i under license.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7u7i shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 7u7i platform or any of its products or services. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.

7u7i does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service disruptions may result in temporary unavailability. 7u7i will endeavour to restore service as quickly as possible but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime.

12.Privacy

7u7i collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at 7u7i.pro/privacy-policy. By using the platform you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in that policy. 7u7i will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities only where necessary to operate the platform, process transactions, or comply with legal obligations.

13.Amendments to These Terms

7u7i reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the 7u7i website with a revised effective date. Where an amendment materially affects your rights, 7u7i will take reasonable steps to notify registered users. Your continued use of the platform following publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
